Accommodation information

Zhiyar eco resort is located in Pelkani Glin village, Sirvan sector, Sanandaj city, Kurdistan province. This native house, which is about 100 years old, was opened in September 2018 after restoration and reconstruction and started its activity in the field of tourism.

About the residence

Zhiyar eco-tourism residence includes 5 rooms in the form of one 10-meter room, two 12-meter rooms, 1 16-meter room, and one 20-meter room with bed service, which has a total capacity of accommodating 30 tourists. Two rooms of this residence (a 20-meter room and one of the 12-meter rooms) have sanitary facilities (Iranian toilet and toilet) and a private bathroom, and for the rest of the rooms, there is an Iranian toilet, a toilet and a bathroom inside the corridor of the building. The common face is embedded. The special programs of this native house include live local music, nature walks in the attractions around the village, sightseeing in fruit orchards, sale of organic local fruits and local Kurdish clothes to wear and take photos.

He pointed to the door of the residence and the cooling and heating system (water cooler, ceiling fan, oil heater and chair). It should be noted that dear guests, if they wish, with prior coordination with the staff of this native house, they can order and enjoy a variety of delicious local and traditional dishes of the residence, such as Shalam, Duina, Dukha, Sorbaneh, Kalaneh, etc.

Pelkani Glin village is a historical village that dates back to more than 1300 years ago. Among the ancient and natural monuments of Glin village are the old bathhouse of Pir Shava neighborhood; It has a very old design and architecture and Bilou spring; He named one of the main and old springs of the village. Also, there are promenades above the village that attract many tourists in spring and summer due to the high altitude and cool air and many springs.
