Roj Eco Lodge is located in Dolab Tourism Village. This village is part of Sanandaj city, Kurdistan province and is considered one of the most important tourism hubs of the province and receives many tourists from all parts of the country every year.

About the residence

This residence is built as a two-story native house, where there are two rooms of 12 and 20 meters on each floor. The capacity of the rooms is different in the cold and hot seasons because each floor has a 35-meter terrace with facilities such as a traditional wooden bed, carpet and mat (back), and in the hot season it can be used to receive guests, but The total capacity of the floors is 15 people in the hot season and 8 to 10 people in the cold season. All the rooms are used as sleeping floors and there are enough quilts and mattresses in them. Each floor of this ecotourism residence has a kitchen, refrigerator, gas stove, bathroom (Iranian and French) and a private bathroom.

Facilities and services provided

The rooms of the residence have oil heaters and air conditioners, but due to the mountainous nature of the area, there is often no need to use the cooling system. Other services and facilities provided in the residence include an open parking lot with a capacity of 40 cars, staff fluent in English and a tour guide. Pay it separately.

The restaurant of this eco resort is under construction, but the officials of the resort can prepare traditional Iranian and local dishes for lunch and dinner if the travelers wish. Examples of these dishes are Dolme, Shalmin, Daneh Kolaneh, Doineh, Forujaw, Kolane Dokhwa, Agogosht, Tas Kuav (Grilled Dice), Halav, Gheeme Vokorg, Burani, Perpoleh, and Pilaw Rice.

The road leading to Dolab is a mountain road and about 5 km from the dirt road.

Tourist Attractions

The tourist village of Dolab is 960 years old and it is built in the form of stairs, that's why it is not possible to build in this village and all the houses belong to the same old era. The village is located in mountainous areas and there are many springs and high peaks near it. For example, Mount Avalan, with a height of 2960 meters, is the highest mountain in the region, which is covered with snow all year round. There are also 156 springs, all of which have been registered, 112 of which are flowing and the rest are seasonal. Among the important tourist places, we can mention 200-year-old mosques and the Dervish Qadri monastery. This monastery has not been closed since its inception and is ready to receive guests 24 hours a day throughout the year.
